Genix brings stainless fabrication and low-rise construction together under one Brisbane company, with Rick Mainwaring leading fabrication and Nick Mills leading construction.
The Genix story
Genix works across two complementary disciplines. The fabrication team creates made-to-measure stainless and glass products for homes, businesses, public settings and marine environments. The construction team delivers new homes, renovations, bathrooms, decks, carports and outdoor living work.
That structure keeps enquiries simple. Fabrication clients speak with Rick about the product, material, finish, exposure and installation conditions. Construction clients speak with Nick about the property, drawings, approvals, access, selections and sequence.
Genix Pty Ltd was established in Brisbane in 2005 and has been serving South East Queensland since 2006 — including a continuous supply relationship with Brisbane boatbuilder Norman R. Wright & Sons dating back to 2004.
Richard “Rick” James Mainwaring
Rick leads the fabrication division, covering custom stainless steel, glass, handrails, balustrades, pool fencing and marine work. Fabrication enquiries can be directed to Rick on 0409 217 442.

How Genix approaches a project
