What Genix does
A balustrade is a safety system as well as an architectural finish. The opening, edge condition, fall risk, fixing substrate, glass selection and load requirements all need to be understood before a final system is specified. Genix begins with those practical site conditions rather than treating every project as the same kit of parts.
Options may include frameless or stainless-supported glass arrangements, depending on the brief and what is suitable for the site. Stainless components can be fabricated to suit stairs, changes in level and existing building geometry. For exposed Brisbane and bayside locations, material grade, finish and cleaning access should be considered at the same time as appearance.
Glass work must be matched to the applicable NCC provisions and Australian Standards, including AS 1288 and, where relevant, AS/NZS 1170.1. Final requirements can vary with location and design. Genix can work from suitable documentation and will identify where additional design, engineering, certification or approval input is needed.

If conditions change or concealed work is uncovered, the practical response is to document the issue, agree on the adjustment and update the sequence before proceeding.
