The fabrication division works across guard rails, single grab rails, balustrading, handrails, pool fencing and other made-to-measure applications. For coastal, riverside and marine work, Genix can discuss 316 marine-grade stainless steel. Its molybdenum content improves resistance to chloride pitting compared with 304 stainless steel, although no stainless finish is maintenance-free. Location, exposure, surface finish, drainage and cleaning all affect long-term appearance.
Genix holds QBCC Trade Contractor licensing for Non-Structural Metal Fabrication and Installation under company licence 1087798. The registered class is deliberately stated in full: the division focuses on non-structural fabricated products and installation rather than implying engineering work outside that class.

Standards and project requirements

If conditions change or concealed work is uncovered, the practical response is to document the issue, agree on the adjustment and update the sequence before proceeding.
